The room and building was great. The breakfast was also good.
The coffee needs improvement. The spa wasn't being maintained on a daily basis either because of the time of year. It would have been nice to have the spa in better condition.

Everything was brilliant, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Quality of food was extremely high yet priced unbelievable cheaply. Would stay here again at any time. The location within the forte was central within the town allowing easy walking access to all of the town areas.

The staff was helpful and very competent. the property was fairly clean. - the location was amazing; you can visit the Roman Bridge of Chaves by walking. - It was a short walk to nearby restaurants, Chaves, in the parish of Santa Maria Maior, in Chaves County, District of Vila Real, in Portugal.
